| Betsyann Faiella has been described by Variety as a "swinging jazz seductress" and by the Los Angeles Times as "contemporary cabaret at its best." In 2001 she released her bold debut recording, "CAN I BE FRANK?" Her tribute to the artistry of Francis Albert Sinatra was well received and it sure shook up Sinatra-ville! Since then, Betsyann has performed multiple engagements at the world's most famous boites - Birdland, Blue Note New York, Ronnie Scott's, The Jazz Bakery, The Regatta Bar, The Cinegrill - sharing the stage with jazz greats Hank Jones, Paul Smith, Eddie Bert, Joe Wilder, Frank Wess, Ray Gelato, Ralph Salmins and Howard Alden, among others. Betsyann has long been known as a producer by day and diva by night, and since 2008 has been devoting most of her time to her business as a producer and publicist. She's finishing a Christmas album for (hopefully) a 2010 release, and is dedicated to her company, Savoy Communications. Please visit Savoy Communications , and check back here later in the year for news of the Christmas CD. Oh, and don't expect too many standards! |
